UX Research
Assume my audience knows themselves better than I do. Build strategy based on market research insights by talking to people.
Brand Identity
Create consistent, compelling experiences across any medium that authentically ties to brand values and mission.
Content Strategy
With research and mission in mind, develop content to attract and retain the right audience for defined key performance indicators.
My Latest Work
From ideation to execution, I help deliver marketing strategy that makes a difference and moves the business.
Step into your future
In collaboration with VICE and Ottobock HQ in Berlin, I helped develop and execute a digital campaign for a global product launch. C-Brace is a microprocessor controlled orthosis that allows individuals with incomplete paraplegia walk again. Our campaign contributed to 900 trial requests and 108 units sold.
Redefining Recovery
After a face-lift to a tried-and-true product portfolio, I analyzed competition to determine a new way to position our suite of products for stroke rehabilitation. By developing additional creative and advertising to an untapped audience, we increased our revenue of these products by 120% from 2017 to 2018.
With Kimba, I can
The launch of a new pediatric wheelchair, the Kimba Neo MPS, gave us the opportunity to build off preexisting brand affinity to build a community of Kimba advocates. Using an avid product lover in our marketing materials, we invited other caregivers to share their story and connect through a Facebook community. The page bloomed to 66K likes.
SXSW 2019
After project managing SXSW panels for Ottobock since 2016, I was fortunate enough to moderate one of two panels selected in 2019. My panel, How Adaptive Design is Transforming Brands, helped position Ottobock with brands, non profits and influencers who are changing the conversation around fashion and disability.
Living the Brand
To help internal colleagues connect to Ottobock’s mission, I organize and facilitate an internal speaker series by inviting individuals who use our products to share their stories. In an internal survey conducted in 2018, this series was voted as the #1 activity that brings pride to the office.
Champion Program
I initiated and expanded Ottobock’s influencer marketing program by bringing greater process to contracting, onboarding and maintenance of external partners. My team is cross departmental to ensure consistent relationship management. Since 2016, we have grown from utilizing one external partner to 18 in 2019.
